These Terms of Service govern your use of DraftRoom, available at thedraftroom.app. By using DraftRoom, you agree to these terms.
DraftRoom is an NFL mock draft simulator. It offers both a free experience and an optional Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited AI-powered draft commentary and post-draft reports.
You may use DraftRoom without an account. To access AI features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Free accounts receive 3 AI-powered drafts per calendar month. A Pro subscription ($5/month) provides unlimited AI drafts. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to circumvent usage limits, scrape or reverse-engineer the application, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Commentary and reports generated by AI are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional sports analysis or advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inconsistent.
DraftRoom and its original content, features, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. NFL team names, logos, and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. DraftRoom is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any NFL team.
DraftRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DraftRoom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
