DraftRoom ("we," "us," or "our") operates thedraftroom.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We store this in our database to identify your account.
Usage data. We track how many AI-powered drafts you run each month to enforce the free tier limit (3 per month) and Pro subscription entitlements.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Draft data. Your draft picks and settings are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers, except as needed to generate AI commentary and reports.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the DraftRoom service, manage your subscription, enforce usage limits, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
DraftRoom uses the following third-party services:
Google (Firebase Authentication) — for sign-in and account management. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — for payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic — AI commentary and reports are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Pick data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Vercel — our hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) may be collected by Vercel. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
DraftRoom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
